The Casajus wines have been favourites of customers and staff alike for a number of years now, and the level of quality we’ve all come to expect is on full display here with the winery’s flagship wine, Bodegas Casajus Nic. Expect savory notes of cedar, cigar, tobacco, potting soil and lots and lots of deep, dark fruit. There’s an exceptionally lengthy finish that is the hallmark of a high quality wine, critics have consistently rated it as one of Ribera del Duero’s top wines. With a good amount of bottle age, the wine is well-developed at this point though it will continue to evolve in the cellar for years to come.
