Tasting Notes
Flaunting California style, this Chardonnay opens with juicy tropical fruit and bright green pears. On the palate, the flavours pick up distinctive elements of pineapple and red apple, complemented by toasty oak and vanilla. Lees ageing and partial malolactic fermentation add weight and depth to the palate, balancing the crisp bite of fruit with a round, creaminess that spans into the finish.
