1 bottle Stars Cava Brut Nature (Spain) $24.00/bottle
A blend of the three traditional Cava making grapes; Parellada (60%), Xarel·lo (25%), Macabeu (15%). After primary fermentation, the wine is aged in bottle on the lees for 12 months before disgorging. This wine is pleasantly bone dry, with a round and refreshing mouthfeel and nice flavour complexity.
1 bottle Veuve Olivier Sparkling Brut (France)$15.00/bottle
Veuve Olivier offers incredible value French sparkling wines. Aromas of citrus fruit, mandarin and pith, with light yeasty notes like brioche and toast. The palate is fairly dry with medium acidity, delicate mousse and a medium length finish.

The Collio region is renowned for producing some of Italy’s most enduring white wines. Cline Cellars has been sustainably farmed and family owned since 1982. Orange blossom, citrus, and pineapple aromas and flavours. The palate is lush with a creamy texture and integrated oak and vanilla on the finish.

Pungirossa is made from the Bombino Nero grape. Castel del Monte Bombino Nero DOCG is one of the first, and quite rare, DOCGs dedicated exclusively to the production of rosé. Not only is Bombino Nero a native grape to Puglia, but it is also cultivated only in this area. Pungirosa is a crisp, refreshing rosé bursting with flavour, with a forward, vivacious fruitiness that makes it a great companion to most dishes. Enjoy it also as a wonderfully appealing aperitif.
