Tasting Notes
BalancedTropical Fruitred berries
North Brewing started in the North-End of Halifax, Nova Scotia under the name Bridge Brewing, but have since changed names to North Brewing. In the spring of 2019 they moved to much larger new brewery on Portland St. in Dartmouth. With a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, North Brewing strives to be a zero emissions craft brewery while producing exceptional, hand-crafted beers.
Tasting Notes
Bursting with vibrant American hop aromas of red fruit, orange juice, pineapple, and a touch of resin. This hazy IPA hits the perfect balance of lush tropical fruits and moderate bitterness to keep things balanced.
Dishoom Dishoom was envisioned as a tropical, juicy IPA. From Rozina, the Co-Owner of North “Dishoom is like the “pow” sound when people fight in Bollywood movies. It’s basically like the punchy Batman/Robin fighting scenes with their sound effects. Perfect for a flavourful IPA!
Method
North brewers used a mixture of pale malt, wheat and oats, and hopped it with a combo of Citra and Simcoe hops, with the addition of a yet-to-be-named hop that is part of the US experimental hop breeding program, so for now it just has the eloquent placeholder name of ‘HBC 1019″!
