Castel Firmian Teroldego Rotaliano DOC (750ml)

Made from Teroldego grapes grown on the Piana Rotaliana, one of the plains of Trentino Alto Adige.  The minerality of the soil and the particular climatic conditions combine in a unique way, creating the ideal growing envirnment.   The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected, then gently pressed. The must ferments on the skins, with frequent pumping over. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages in select premium oak barrels, preserving and enhancing the unique characteristics of this grape variety.
