Alain Graillot
Historic Northern Rhône expressions are here.
Just outside the village of Pont de l’Isère, Graillot’s Crozes-Hermitage vineyards sit on the stony plains between the Isère and Rhône. The late Alain Graillot, a pioneering Northern Rhône vigneron devoted to organic, terroir-driven wines, built the estate’s reputation; today his sons Maxime and Antoine carry that legacy forward. We’re always happy to see some Rhône wine back on our shelves and Alain Graillot produces some picture-perfect expressions. Grab a bottle or two today.

“Zesty citrus and yellow apple, white flowers, ripe pear. Medium-bodied, sapid with lemon curd and pear carrying onto the palate along with a suggestion of green almond, fresh herbs and beeswax. The finish is crisp and clean. Enjoy with fish dishes, sushi, salads with nuts and herbs.”

“An energentic, savory and textured Crozes-Hermitage. Pronounced aromas of black cherries, spiced plums, wild herbs with a mineral edge. The palate is medium-bodied, succulent and structured with fine grained tannins exhibiting great balance and a long finish.”

Brigaldara
Classic wines from Valpolicella will put a spring in your step.
Purchased by Renzo Cesari in 1928, the estate’s passion for viticulture has been passed down to his grandson Stefano, who worked closely with renowned Amarone innovator and University of Verona oenology professor Roberto Ferrarini. As former President of the Valpolicella Growers Association, Stefano championed low yields, improved vineyard practices, and modern winemaking, focusing on traditional Valpolicella Classico grapes with an emphasis on high-quality Corvina from 47 hectares of estate vines in the heart of San Floriano.

Springtime in Italy. Can you picture it?
Well, now you don't have to! Not entirely true but these wines will surely help the fact that you're not in Italy. That's how we look at it, anyway.
