Serafini & Vidotto Phigaia – After The Red (750ml)

Francesco Serafini and Antonio Vidotto are the duo behind one of Veneto’s most trailblazing wineries. Since the mid-1980s, they’ve been crafting age-worthy, Bordeaux-style reds in Asolo, a commune of Treviso in Veneto.  This is traditonally the land of Prosecco, but their location at the foot of the Dolomites, where river-pebbled soils meet alpine breezes lends itself to red wines and this has been the focus of Serafini & Vidotto from the beginning.  

They make terroir-driven blends with an utmost respect to their territory and with the goal of making delicious wines that they themselves want to drink.
