Daftmill Distillery

A big offering from a small distillery.

One of Scotland’s smallest malt whiskey distilleries is available now. Set in the heart of Fife, they use their own barley, grown at Daftmill Farm, and sparkling water from their own artesian well to produce their beloved malt whiskies. In 2003, brothers Francis and Ian Cuthbert applied for planning permission to convert an old mill into a distillery. After receiving their license, their first batch of whisky was produced only a couple of weeks later. With two releases per year (winter and summer), demand usually outweighs supply.
