Panhandle Slim Foedre Aged Multigrain Farmhouse Grissette

This Grissette was brewed with a variety of grains including barley, oats, rye, spelt & wheat, and then fermented in a Cognac foedre for four months! The result is lightly tart, slightly funky and super refreshing.

Magic Touch Foedre Aged Brett Golden Ale

Another Foedre aged treat, Magic Touch was fermented with the Brett C yeast strain that is known for its wine-like characteristics and subtle pineapple flavours. After being in a foedre for three months we generously hopped this Golden Ale and the result is super white-winey, with big crushed gooseberry and soft pineapple notes.
