You’re invited to join the staff of Bishop’s Cellar for one of our most highly anticipated events: our 8th Annual Champagne Tasting. This year our tasting will be held in Halifax’s shiny new Discovery Centre on the Halifax waterfront. Be among the first to explore this impressive new addition to our city’s architectural and cultural landscape before their Grand Opening in January 2017.
Come enjoy a range of Champagne styles– from grower producers to large houses, some of our staff favourites and everything in between. Delectable appetizers and an oyster bar from Afishionado will accompany these masterpieces.
