The 2005 blend of 42% Chardonnay and 58% Pinot Noir (some fruit is actually from our very own Alanna’s father’s Pinot Noir vineyard) showcases a beautiful honeyed nose complimented by a rich and refreshing palate, marked by the crisp Nova Scotian acidity that makes these sparkling wines truly exceptional.
