Bordeaux is known for their intricate, age worthy blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Although reds dominate the headlines with Bordeaux, this region also produces complex whites and outstanding dessert wines. Tonight we will explore the various Bordeaux style blends from France and around the world.
