2009 Il Borro Lamelle Chardonnay

Grilled lobster tail, caramelized celery root and Italian parsley puree. Preserved lemon, brown butter and proscecco crema.

2007 Il Borro Pian Di Nova (Syrah, Sangiovese)

Toasted barley risotto with wood fired roasted quail, pancetta and goat cheese, veal jus.

2004 Castiglion Del Bosco Brunello Di Montalcino

Wild boar ragu with egg yolk pappardelle and fresh spring peas. Mint and Pecorino.

2007 Il Borro (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot)

Cast iron seared filet of beef, roasted porcini and king mushroom. Foie gras and demi emulsion.

In addition, four wines not yet released to our market will also be tasted.
