In the far northeast corner of Italy, there is an area called Friuli Venezia Giulia. The gentle hills are protected from the northern winds by the Julian Alps and touched by the warm breezes from the sea. And it is here that the Livon Winery has its roots. In 1964 Dorino Livon bought his first vineyard on the hills of the Collio and gradually added more to that. Since then, the Livon farm has grown from year to year.
