Join our very own Spirits Specialist Kate Fraser for a FREE Scotch tasting, featuring new-to-us bottles from Speyside’s Meikle Tòir. Under Master Distiller Billy Walker’s guidance, Meikle Tòir are pursuing the crafting of a unique peated single malt at The GlenAllachie Distillery in Speyside. Their independence allows them to prioritize quality over quantity, with a focus on small-batch releases. Since 2018, they’ve been producing a limited amount of peated spirit annually, making it a rare style for the region.
