Lightfoot & Wolfville Pinot Noir Rosé Release

Join us for FREE wine samples and catered nibbles as we help our friends at Lightfoot & Wolfville launch their newest wine: the Pinot Noir Rosé. They’ll also pour some of the Ancienne Chardonnay Reserve that we featured in our Rare and Fine Wine Show a couple weeks ago.

A typical cool-climate growing season in 2014 provided the perfect conditions to create a rosé with depth of flavour, freshness and vibrancy. The Pinot grapes used in this wine were the first to be harvested from Lightfoot & Wolfville’s new Oak Island Vineyard in Avonport, Nova Scotia. This vineyard is certified organic and farmed according to biodynamic farming principles.
