Join Afishionado owner/operator/fish-lover Hana Nelson and Bishop’s Cellar sommelier Jenny Gammon for an evening of shucking, tasting and fun.

Learn to shuck like a pro and try uniquely delicious oysters from around Nova Scotia. Meanwhile, learn about the basics of food and wine pairing while sampling classic and contemporary oyster pairings.

Workshop is entertaining, interactive and delicious. Price includes 4 wines, 20 oysters and a shucker for you to keep.
