Spain is the most widely planted country under vine and with that comes a wide variety of wine styles and flavors. They range from the long lived and ageable tempranillo wines of the Rioja and Ribera del Duero region, to the Rias Baixas region that produces crisp full whites made from Albarino and then down to the southern tip of Jerez which is famous for fortified sherries.  At tonight’s tasting will explore them all.
