When we think of wine and food pairings the first thing that comes to most of our minds is Wine and Cheese. Yet this simple pairing can be a little trickier than one may think. What wine to have with which cheese? Is there one varietal that is ‘safe’ to have with various different cheeses? Join us in our 1st ever wine and cheese pairing tasting and we will answer all these questions for you.
