Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow colour; fresh, pronounced aromas of green plum and grapefruit; citrus and minerality on the palate, dryish with crisp acidity a slight spritz and a clean finish. This wine is ideal as an appetizer or with a meal. It pairs especially well with Asian cuisine, seafood, light fish dishes and fresh salads.
Method
A blend of indigenous grapes; Alvarinho, Arinto, Azal, Avesso, Loureiro, and Trajadura. Fermented in stainless steel and bottled fresh with a very light natural efferfescence.
