Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon is made by the Herzog Wine Cellars in Oxnard, California, founded in 1958. Joe Hurliman is the head winemaker and works at combining traditional winemaking with contemporary ideas and tastes. Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon is produced using grapes grown in California’s Central Coast regions of San Luis Obispo and Edna Valley.
Tasting Notes
Intense floral aromas are followed by notes of fresh peach, pear and citrus with hints of toasty vanilla oak. Soft in texture, this well-balanced wine is crisp and refreshing on the finish.
Method
Baron Herzog Chardonnay is a blend of Central Coast and Russian River Chardonnay grapes. Light oak influence. It is dry, Meshuval and Kosher for Passover . Kosher Supervision: OU. Additional Supervision: Rabbi Weinberger, Rabbi Teichman
