Barrelling Tide Distillery is located in Port William’s in Nova Scotia’s beautiful Annapolis Valley.  The believe good things take time; and quality will forever come before quantity. All of their spirits and liqueurs are hand crafted in small batches on-site.  Port Williams and surrounding areas in the Annapolis Valley boast some of the most beautiful scenery in the Maritimes. Known for being the agricultural heartland, the area is famous for its fruit crops. 

Their spirits and liqueurs are bottled in quality glass.  They distill all of their products in small batches, so they can closely monitor the quality.  The fruit for their liqueurs is sourced from the Annapolis Valley and the grains used are local as commodity permits.

Tasting Notes

Cranberry Liqueur is made from locally sourced, Annapolis Valley cranberries. It is the perfect mix of tart and sweet; with great play on the palate.

Method

Hand crafted and made with locally sourced ingredients, does not contain any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. In order to maintain the optimum quality of the liqueur, best used within the first 4-6 months after opening.
