Benjamin Bridge vineyards are located in the heart of the Gaspereau Valley on the Bay of Fundy, where the cool climate bears an uncanny affinity with the Champagne region of France. Method
A local twist on a timeless classic. Introducing the Benjamin Bridge 75, a new, ready-to-pour craft wine cocktail reimagining the classic French 75, an early 1900’s recipe traditionally made with sparkling wine, gin, lemon juice and sugar. This version combines the elegance of Benjamin Bridge’s flagship NV Brut, locally distilled gin made with botanicals foraged near the estate vineyards, and creatively swaps the citrus for freshly pressed apple juice from a neighbouring orchard, continuing Benjamin Bridge’s vision to produce exceptional quality wine cocktails intimately connected to place.
