Corralejo Anejo Tequila (750ml)
For nearly 250 years, the distillation methods of Hacienda Corralejo have been preserved, refined, and developed by the local community into a tradition of tequila. From estate grown agave to estate bottling; great care is taken at each phase of production to ensure an impeccable high quality artisan product.
Hacienda Corralejo employs the 400-year-old Charentais method of distillation, the same method perfected by the French in distilling Cognac, which uniquely allows for exceptional retention of aroma and flavor.
Pale gold in the glass. Aromas of oak, hints of cocoa, vanilla and peppercorn. The palate shows oak, caramel, white peppercorn and cardamom flavors with a long pleasing finish.
Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, hand-harvested from Corralejo’s fields in the state of Guanajuato. The spirit is double distilled; a process perfected by the French in distilling Cognac, the 400 year old Charentais distillation method allows for exceptional retention of aroma and flavor.
The Anejo is aged for full year in an artfully selected mix of barrels no larger than 300 liters, then bottled in-house at Hacienda Corralejo.
