Le Morette Lugana Mandolara DOC (750ml)

Made from 100% Turbiana grapes grown in the narrow strip of land on the shore of Garda Lake.  The Lugana DOC is actually an inter-regional appellation shared between Lombardia and Veneto; Le Morette’s wines fall within the Veneto region.   Turbiana was once known as “Trebbiano di Lugana” and some still refer to the grape by that name.  It also shares some genes with Trebbiano di Soave and Verdicchio.   After harvest, the grapes are gently crushed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
