Tasting Notes

Medium intensity aromas of red and black berry fruit with light herbal and leafy notes.  The palate is medium bodied with flavours of fresh fruit and savory herbs, medium acidity and mild tannins.  A wine made to complement a wide range of flavours, including tomato-based pasta, pizza, cold cuts and cheeses.

Method

Made from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Rubicone IGT.
