A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard, and Gros Manseng, it’s ultimately dry but pleasantly juicy with fresh and vivid aromatics; think mandarin orange, lime curd, fleshy peach, and honeysuckle, all with a striking mineral backbone and lively acidity to balance the fruit. Love it.
