La Croix Belle Beroia rose IGP Côtes de Thongue (750ml)

Domaine La Croix Belle, takes its name from a beautiful stone cross on the property that is also a local landmark and pilgrimage site.  The estate has been in the Boyer family for generations.  They have long invested in the health of the land and are truly comitted to holistic farming and winemaking.  They have invested in eco-friendly innovations such as vineyard protection management through ozonated water which is an 100% natural method that respects the life of the soil and the health of the plant.  After being applied onto the vine, ozonated water simply returns back to its oxygen form again, thereby helping to purify the ecosystem of the plant.  The winery was sustainably built; partially underground and its walls are made of massive and large stone blocks from the Gard region, naturally limiting thermal exchanges.  It’s also equipped with a Canadian well system, which naturally creates a flow of cool air that regulates the indoor temperature.
