Blind Tasting

When the Bishop’s team gets together as a group to evaluate wines we taste them blind. By not knowing what is in the glass or the price of the wine it forces us to look at each wine in a subjective way.

Tonight all the wines will be brown bagged and tasted blind. The lineup will consist of 2 sets of wines, 5 that are the top selling wines and the other 5 will be the staff picks of the same category. Come down and try some of your favorites and some of ours.

Like always, tonight’s wines will be accompanied by some delicious food. Tickets are $20.00 and available in advance through our new service Eventbrite. Click here to purchase your ticket.
