Blomidon Chardonnay Release & Sparkling Tasting

Join winemaker Simon Rafuse, of Blomidon Estate Winery, as he pours the newly released 2010 Blomidon Chardonnay. This barrel fermented Chardonnay is a true Nova Scotian gem.  Simon will also be pouring the the 2010 Blomidon Brut and 2011 Blomidon Cremant. These are magnificent examples from Blomidon Estate that reinforce the belief that the unique climate and conditions in Nova Scotia are perfect for producing sparkling wine.

Simon will also be tasting a interesting little creation of his own a L’acadie Fume.
