Varietal Tasting – Riesling and Pinot Noir

For this tasting I thought we might try something new. We are going to showcase two grape varietals; one red and one white. We will taste 4 different wines of each grape from various regions of the world. This will give you a in-depth experience of these varietals and you will leave the tasting as a expert of these two grapes.

The votes are in and the two varietals are….. RIESLING and PINOT NOIR

As always this tasting will be accompanied by pairings that compliment the chosen varietals.
