Another week in the books means another drop of the latest local beer and RTDs! For over 12 generations, since 1640, the Hyde family has been dedicated to the craft of whiskey-making in Ireland. They specialize in selecting the finest Irish whiskies to age in their County Cork warehouse, which benefits from an ideal microclimate for whiskey maturation. Their focus is on the art of maturation and finishing, using barrels sourced from various regions around the world to enhance the whiskey’s flavor profile.
We’re happy to release these new-to-us bottlings, both matured in Bourbon casks, providing that sweet, caramel flavour you may be missing these days.

Feudi di San Gregorio is a producer founded in 1986 in Campania, southern Italy. They craft a diverse array of high-quality wines, showcasing the region’s appellations and grape varieties. Their distinctive labels, featuring traditional mosaic squares, are easily recognizable. The estate spans several vineyards across Campania, including Irpinia, Tufo, Taurasi, and Sorbo Serpico, with 300 hectares of varied terroirs. Central to their vision is the belief that wine and art share a creative process. We’re happy to add these delicious wines to our superb Italian portfolio.
