Tasting Notes
Bacardi 8yr is gentle and inviting with figs, raisins, caramel, dried apricots, subtle cinnamon spice, and a touch of wood smoke rounding out the mouth-watering palate. This is a very polished rum that has plenty to offer in the mid-palate without becoming too sweet or syrupy. Another staple for the liquor cabinet at a great price.
Method
Bacardi 8 Year Old Rum is aged in hand-selected oak barrels for a full eight years in order to develop that richness and pleasant texture patrons have come to expect.
