Benjamin Bridge vineyards are located in the heart of the Gaspereau Valley on the Bay of Fundy, where the cool climate bears an uncanny affinity with the Champagne region of France. Method
Over the past 25 years, Benjamin Bridge has developed a unique skill set for crafting artisanal wines from one of the world’s most unique tidal ecosystems. Ruby Piquette Zero is their latest effort in bringing their expertise into the creation of unprecedented non-alcoholic options. Because the forceful de-alcoholization of wine can simultaneously strip character and quality, the Piquette Zero takes the innovative approach of using low-intervention macerations and infusions, leading to a natural likeness to the flavours that make wine such a prized experience. Not identical to wine, Piquette Zero is to be enjoyed for its own unique deliciousness.
