Tasting Notes
The days are long and the nights are warm ~ yup, itโs Summer! ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฉ ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ is the crisp lager while you BBQ, your lawnmowing-champion’s treat, and weโre gonna be stargazing ’till midnight kinda vibe. Featherlight and extra refreshing, your summer (or anytime) beer on repeat!
Method
Camp Spruce Light Lager may go down light and easy, but it’s production is far from easy. Using trained Czech Pilsner brewing techniques, Big Spruce brewers use traditional floor malted barley and single decoction mashing. Ukrainian Zlato Polissya hops are used to lend spicy, herbal, and floral notes. To finish it off, this beer was lagered for 9 weeks (!) to achieve the most crisp and clean texture you can get. No expense spared in making this one.
