Ironworks is a micro-distillery located in the old port of Lunenburg on Nova Scotia’s historic South Shore. We take our name from the 1893 heritage building we call home: a marine blacksmith’s shop that once produced ironworks for the shipbuilding trade.

Tasting Notes
A unique taste of fresh rhubarb (only 18% ABV), tangy and delicious. It is best to refrigerate once opened and use within four months to retain optimal colour and flavour.
Method
Over the years we have developed an extensive network of farmers exclusively within Nova Scotia from whom we buy products. We make this a seasonal product in small batches. This may mean that supply varies, but it also means that the colour of the liqueur stays beautiful and the taste is optimal.
