A wine made by the Familia Parra in central Spain; who are one of the largest organic and biodynamic wine growers in all of Europe. The family has a deep history in viticulture, they produce certified organic wines that show typicity, are flavourful and easy to drink and also offer excellent value.
Tasting Notes
This is an uncomplicated, delicious and drinkable organic red at fantastic value. Aromas of cherry, raspberry and dark fruit. Juicy with light tannins on the medium bodied palate. Pair with pasta puttanesca, seared tuna steaks, paella.
Method
Made from certified organic and biodynamic Tempranillo grapes grown on chalky soil in Castilla La Mancha. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel with 7 days skin contact. No oak aging. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
