North Brewing started in the North-End of Halifax, Nova Scotia under the name Bridge Brewing, but have since changed names to North Brewing. In the spring of 2019 they moved to much larger new brewery on Portland St. in Dartmouth. With a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, North Brewing strives to be a zero emissions craft brewery while producing exceptional, hand-crafted beers.
Tasting Notes
This ultra light IPA is only 2.5% ABV, but it packs a ton of flavour into one adorable little denim-patch themed can. The perfect beer when you want something that hits big with flavour, but is light on alcohol.
Pocket IPA hits the sweet spot of low abv and big flavour. Like a drummer keeping perfect time, this beer is “in the pocket”.
Method
Brewed with pale malt, Vienna malt, and oats, and hopped entirely with Mosaic. Low bitterness, medium carbonation, and lots of hop aroma. A great thirst slaker for any pub food/spicy food to cleanse the palate.
Get “in the pocket” and feel the groove!
