NS Spirit Co. was born out of a desire to celebrate Nova Scotia: it’s people, it’s places, and its flavours. Their goal is to provide premium quality spirits to everyone in Nova Scotia at a price that anyone can afford to enjoy. Each product pays homage to the hard-working but warm people of Nova Scotia and the local job ad that inspired their branding:

Tasting Notes
Fisherman’s Helper White Rum has gentle aromas of soft banana, pepper, and toasty vanilla which echo in the mouth with accents of mild citrus on the soft sweet finish. It stands tall in a mixed drink but is subtle enough to be enjoyed on it’s own.
Method
Fisherman’s Helper is a blend of carribean rums that have been aged for a minimum of 2 years prior to being blended, charcoal filtered, diluted, and bottled in Pictou County.
