Pronounced ‘chey vek’, Té Bheag means ‘the little lady’ and also ‘a wee dram’ in colloquial Gaelic. Smooth and slightly peated, Té Bheag has a delicate flavour with a toffee-like richness. It is a connoisseurs’ blended whisky with a high malt content.
Tasting Notes
From the distillery: Bananas, custard, lemon meringue vanilla and brown sugar on the nose. Sweet at the front of the palate, with balanced peat smoke and a round soft mouthfeel.
Method
Blended Scotch Whisky is made with a mix of malted and unmalted barley and cereal grains. With the addition of maize (corn) these whiskies tend to have a softer mouthfeel as well as some sweetness.

I like it – have bought it sporadically over the years.
When you have it ‘neat’, it could be smoother – leaves a bit of an uncomfortable burn……but excellent nonetheless
