Tasting Notes
LightPeachrefreshing
The Church Brewing Company started with two brothers originally from Nova Scotia who moved out west. They’ve since come back home to start up their dream brewery. The Church brews German and Belgian inspired beers in their brewery which used to be an old church. The team worked hard to restore the building and give it a new life as one of Nova Scotia’s most unique breweries!
Tasting Notes
Peach. Citrus. A hint of ginger. Soft and juicy, and built to crush – this one’s your summer go-to. Big peach aroma, a smooth body with real peach and subtle citrus tartness, finishing clean and refreshing.
Method
If you’re looking for a low-alcohol beer on a hot day, reach for a Radler or a Shandy. These beers are typically a blend of lager beer with lemonade or grapefruit juice. Radler’s origins are from Germany / Austria where Shandy can trance their roots to the UK. Wonderfully effervescent and quenching yet malty. These beer / juice blends are some of the most refreshing beverages that the beer world can offer.
The Church Shandy sees light golden lager blended with peach juice.
