Founded in 2017, Willibald is a first-generation farm distillery & brewery located outside of Cambridge in Ayr, Ontario. Method
Made with Willibald’s own Dry Gin, made with juniper, lemon, ginger, lavender, mosaic hops, and more! That Gin is mixed with house made ginger tea, limeless, and sweetened just right with some simple syrup.
