Mezcal Negroni

Ingredients

• 1 oz (30ml) of Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal
• 1 oz (30ml) of Martini Riserva Bitter
• 1 oz (30ml) of Dolin RED Vermouth de Chambery
• Garnish: orange wedge

Method

1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with ice until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a double rocks glass over fresh ice.
3. Garnish with a orange wedge.
