Tequila Sunset
Ingredients
- 2 oz (60ml) of Don Julio Reposado
- 1 oz (30ml) of lemon juice
- 1 oz (30ml) of honey syrup*
- Soda water
Method
- Add tequila, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into an collins glass over fresh ice and top with soda water.
*Combine equal parts honey and water to a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until honey has dissolved. Transfer to an airtight container and allow to cool before using.
