Margarita

Ingredients

• 2 oz (60ml) of Don Julio Blanco
• 1/2 oz (15ml) of BV Land Triple Sec Liqueur
• 1 oz (30ml) of lime juice
• 1/2 oz (15ml) of agave syrup
• 4 drops of margarita bitters
• Garnish: lime wedge

Method

1. Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.  
2. Strain into a double rocks glass over fresh ice.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
4. Optional: rim your glass with kosher salt ahead of time with used lime wedges.
