L’Acadie Vineyards Vintage Cuvee (750ml)
Bruce Ewert moved his young family to Nova Scotia in 2004 with the intention of crafting traditional method sparkling wines in an idyllic and tranquil environment. The estate vineyards and the winery is now a certified organic winemaking facility.
Certified organic, 90% L’Acadie Blanc, 5% Seyval Blanc, 5% Chardonnay grapes make up the blend of this traditional method sparkling wine. This artfully blended cuvée has integrated tropical aromas with lively mousse and a hint of toast from two years ageing on the yeast lees. The wine is hand riddled and each bottle is hand disgorged. Excellent pairing with mild and soft cheeses, oysters, lobster, scallops, and mussels, salty foods and even tropical fruit.
