Honey Gin Fizz is a sparkling take on the classic bee’s knees cocktail. Made in collaboration with Backed by Bees and Park Hyatt, Honey Gin Fizz leans into the classic tart lemon and floral notes you love while having a unique citrus bite that leads to a crisp dry finish.
