Wild – Wind Cider (473ml)
The beauty of Annapolis Valley in a can; gorgeous golden straw colours are complemented with a nose and palate of freshly cut red apples, a hint of honey, and a whisper of cinnamon. Lively acid and carbonation in what starts out with a hint of sweetness but finishes bone dry. Incredibly easy drinking, exactly what I want when I reach for a cider.

I absolutely LOVE Wild ciders. There aren’t enough truly dry ciders on the market and this brand makes my absolutely favourite ciders of all time. I can’t get enough of these bright, sparkling elixirs that deliver that authentic essence of apple without the obnoxious sweetness that many modern ciders with added sugar offer. There’s nothing to get in the way of the crisp, clean valley apple taste! The Wild Wind in particular is a good casual sipper, and while I enjoy some of their more complex brews, the higher alcohol content limits how much I can enjoy in a sitting, so the lower-alcohol Wild Wind is a great choice if you wish to imbibe in another…. and maybe another…
