Tasting Notes
Aromas and flavours of red and black fruit; black currant, raspberry and cherry mingle with notes of underbrush and mushroom. The palate is medium bodied with medium low tannins and fresh acidity.
Method
Patte de Chat is a contemporary wine made by the team at Domaine Alpha Loire. The grapes are sourced from contract growers. This is 100% Pinot Noir from the north of Cheverny, the wine is fermented in stainless steel for a fresh and primary fruit driven style.
