Domaine Le Cengle is made by Chateau de La Galiniere. The vineyards Côtes de Provence rosé Château de la Galinière cover 30 hectares at the foot of the plateau Cengle next to Aix-en-Provence, in the town of Châteauneuf le-Rouge. The soil is poor and shallow, consisting mainly of clay, limestone and bauxite. It is the latter which gives it characteristic red color. The vines are on average 15 years old and are located 300 meters above sea level. The Domaine has been certified in organic farming since 2014. This means that we only use products of natural origin, limited in number and quantity. The use of pesticides is prohibited.
Domaine Montrose is located in the South of France in the Languedoc, a few kilometers from Pézenas and the Mediterranean Sea. Domaine Montrose and its surroundings have been inhabited for millennia. During Antiquity, it was likely a Roman villa. “The Valros Tower” next to the vineyard was a Carolingian necropolis and then a stronghold in the Middle Ages. Ancient underground tanks beneath the wine cellar allude to wine production happening here since the 16th century. The estate has belonged to the Coste family for the last nine generations. The vineyard around the winery is planted on a range of rather unique terroirs.
Domaine Montrose uses lightweight glass and other innovative, practical and environmentally formats like cans and bag-in-box to considerably reduce their carbon footprint.
Gernot and Heike Heinrich are a husband and wife team that took over Gernot’s family winery in 1985. Heinrich was one of the first producers in the region to branch out from making simple white wines to producing high-quality reds. He saw the potential in local varietals like Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and St Laurent. They have been practicing organic and biodynamic viticulture since 2006 and wholly believe that it is the best choice for both the planet and the wines. He feels that biodynamics lends to better wine with a more precise expression of vineyard and soil. They were one of the founding members of Respekt, a certifying body for biodynamic viticulture in Austria. Gernot believes that the best wines express a sense of place, and that they can only do this if they’re rooted in a biologically diverse environment and the vines live in symbiosis with a healthy ecosystem. As expected from a biodynamic producer, Heinrich aims for as little intervention in the winery as possible.
One of the most storied estates in Roussillon, Domaine de Rombeau traces its origins to 1727, when the de la Fabrègue family first arrived in Rivesaltes from Lyon. By 1850, the family had amassed vineyard holdings and became of one the region’s first to bottle wine. Tanks that date from that period can still be found on the estate. The family persevered through phyolloxera and successive World Wars, continually delving deeper into the region’s traditions while remaining open to the possibilities of the future. As sixth-generation family winemaker Philippe Raspaud said: “Tradition is alive.” Chateau Rombeau grows many varieties of grapes and produces a range of high quality and excellent value organic wines in the Languedoc Roussillon.
Founded in 2017, Willibald is a first-generation farm distillery & brewery located outside of Cambridge in Ayr, Ontario. On the farm they strive to create progressive, high quality products that respect tradition but aren’t bound by it. They also have a restaurant on the farm serving up seasonally focused food and beverages all year round.
Southwest of Brussels, in the quiet Belgian town of Vlezenbeek, the Lindemans family has been farming and homebrewing as long as anyone can remember. Commercial brewing started in 1822.
Lambic, or spontaneously fermented beers, are the beers of this region and are among the world’s rarest: they are the only beers fermented via wild, airborne yeast – no yeast is added by the brewers. Lambics come only from the Senne River valley, near Brussels – a region about 15 by 75 miles in size. The unusual, demanding, and unique flavors that come from multiple yeast strains are unmatched in the world of beer.
Stiegl is a private brewery with centuries of tradition. Sustainability, regionalism, adding local value and, above all, the quality of their beers and services have been the top priorities for 525 years. However, this quality is only possible because they use nothing but the best locally-sourced ingredients. The values Stiegl has been committed to since the brewery was founded have made them the leading private brewery in Austria.
The Miller Brewing Company was founded in 1855, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by Frederick Miller – one of many German immigrants to America in the mid-1800s. This initial wave of German immigrants also coincided with the new Pilsner beer that was gaining intense popularity in continental Europe. These original families like Miller, Busch, and Pabst (sound familiar?) helped bring the original Pilsner style to America, where since then it has become the worlds most popular selling style of beer.
Miller has since been bought and sold, and currently is owned by the Molson/Coors group. Our Miller High Life is brewed in Canada.

Birra Moretti is one of Italy’s oldest continually operating breweries, having established themselves in 1859 in Udine. In 1996 Moretti was bought by Heineken. While Moretti makes a large range of beer, including some “craft” options like IPA, sours, and fruit beers mostly for consumption in Italy, they are most known for the Original Lager.
The Pump House brewery is located in Moncton, New Brunswick. They poured their first beer on Sept. 3, 1999 at 4 p.m. Since then, owners Shaun and Lilia Fraser, have received many awards and accolades while working hard to keep the brewery and namesake Pump House Restaurant moving forward and ever-expanding. Why the name Pump House? Well, it’s a question many people ask and has to do with the fact Shaun is a full-time fireman at the Moncton Fire Department.
Inspired by and made for Nova Scotia’s culture of kitchen parties, storytelling, good times with friends and family, and that laidback Maritime lifestyle; founded in 2015 in Pictou County, Nova Scotia Spirit Co. focuses on producing quality, small-batch spirits at an everyday price.
Their core lineup of spirits; Fisherman’s Helper Rum, Willing to Learn Gin, and Blue Lobster Vodka were all inspired by an ad found on the door of the building that would eventually house the distillery: Commercial lobster fisherman from Ballantyne’s Cove Antigonish County is looking to hire a fisherman’s helper for the summer. Basic requirements: sober, alert, willing to learn.
The Leitz family has a history in winemaking as far back as 1744. In 1985 Johannes Leitz took over the family winery in Rudesheim and has grown the estate from 2.9 hectares to 40 hectares and has gained national and international recognition for his wines all while staying true to his root. He worked closely with the Ministry of Environment to restore traditional terraces above Rudesheim in the Berg Rottland and Berg Kaisersteinfels vineyards. The impressively steep Leitz vineyards are blessed with 100% southern exposure, thus ensuring optimal ripening and good drainage which is needed for these complex and mineral driven wines.
This is a non-alcoholic wine that shines all year round as an alcohol-free companion for every festive occasion.
